RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE MICHIGAN GOVERNMENT INVESTMENT TRUST

RESOLUTION #00-006

WHEREAS, Ingham County is a charter member of the Michigan Government Investment Trust and is entitled to a seat on the Trust Board; and

WHEREAS, Donald R. Moore, Ingham County Treasurer, has served as the County's designated member of the Trust Board during its initial year and that term has expired.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Donald R. Moore be reappointed to the Board of Trustees of the Michigan Government Investment Trust for a term expiring December 31, 2003.
