Introduced by the Administrative Services/Personnel and Finance Committees of the:

INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

WHEREAS, the purchase of ski equipment for the Hawk Island County Park and for replacement of worn ski equipment in other County Parks was approved in the Parks Department 2000 budget and such funds are available; and

WHEREAS, bids were taken according to county purchasing procedures and the low bidder for the equipment noted in Bid Packet #25-00, is Fischer Skis, U.S., in the amount of $29,546.20, plus shipping costs.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the purchase of ski equipment from Fischer Ski., U.S., be approved in the amount of $29,546.20, plus shipping costs, according to bid specifications.
