RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF TRAFFIC /

REIMBURSEMENT REFEREE

RESOLUTION #00-210

WHEREAS, the 2000-2002 collective bargaining agreement between the 30^th Judicial Circuit Court / Family Court and the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU), Local 459, provides the reclassification process for this position in the year of 2000 via a Job Evaluation Committee; and

WHEREAS, the Job Evaluation Committee met on August 14, 2000 and recommended that the Traffic / Reimbursement Referee be reclassified from a P6 to a P7.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that position PROCRT079 be reclassified from a P6 to a P7 effective payroll period following Board approval.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funds necessary for this reclassification be taken from the department's existing budget to be provided when the salary and wage accounts are adjusted on a quarterly basis.
