Introduced by the Administrative Services/Personnel and Finance Committees of the:

INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

WHEREAS, the 2000-2002 collective bargaining agreement between the 30^th Judicial Circuit Court / Family Court and the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU), Local 459, provides the reclassification process for this position in the year of 2000 via a Job Evaluation Committee; and

WHEREAS, the Job Evaluation Committee met on August 14, 2000 and recommended that the Traffic / Reimbursement Referee be reclassified from a P6 to a P7.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that position PROCRT079 be reclassified from a P6 to a P7 effective payroll period following Board approval.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funds necessary for this reclassification be taken from the department= s existing budget to be provided when the salary and wage accounts are adjusted on a quarterly basis.
