INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

WHEREAS, Dale Ruttan has been an employee of the Ingham County Road Commission for over 22 years; and

WHEREAS, Dale began his career with the Road Commission in April of 1977 as an Accountant; and

WHEREAS, in 1978 he was promoted to Accounting Supervisor, a position which he held until he became the Director of Finance in 1991; and

WHEREAS, during his many years of service Dale was a hard worker who demonstrated a tremendous amount of loyalty and dedication and proved to be a great asset to the Road Commission, as well as the citizens of Ingham County.

WHEREAS, on January 31, 2000, Dale Ruttan retired from his position at the Ingham County Road Commission.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby honors Dale Ruttan for his many years of dedicated service to the Ingham County Road Commission and the citizens of Ingham County.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board wishes him continued success in all of his future endeavors.
