INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners authorized a 2000-2001 Childhood Lead Poisoning Grant Agreement in Resolution No. 00-97; and

WHEREAS, the Michigan Department of Community Health wishes to include the Childhood Lead Poisoning program in the 2000 - 2001 Comprehensive Planning, Budgeting and Contracting (CPBC) agreement, effective October 1, 2000; and

WHEREAS, the Michigan Department of Community Health proposes to amend the existing agreement to change the ending date to September 30, 2000; and

WHEREAS, the Health Officer recommends that the Board of Commissioners authorize the amendment.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes an amendment to the 2000-2001 Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Grant Agreement, originally authorized by Resolution No. 00-97.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board Chairperson is authorized to sign the amendment after review by the County Attorney.
