Introduced by the:

INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

WHEREAS, Vincent Cimala has been an employee of the Ingham County Road Commission for over 25 years; and

WHEREAS, Vincent began his career with the Road Commission in August of 1974 as a Construction Engineer; and

WHEREAS, in 1980, he was promoted to Chief Engineer, a position which he held until he became the Director of Engineering in 1991; and

WHEREAS, during his many years of service Vince was a hard worker who demonstrated a tremendous amount of loyalty and dedication and proved to be a great asset to the Road Commission, as well as the citizens of Ingham County.

WHEREAS, on January 31, 2000, Vincent Cimala retired from his position at the Ingham County Road Commission.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby honors Vincent Cimala for his many years of dedicated service to the Ingham County Road Commission and the citizens of Ingham County.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board wishes him continued success in all of his future endeavors.
