RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #97-12 DECREASING THE NUMBER

OF COMMISSIONERS SERVING ON THE INGHAM COUNTY FAIR BOARD

RESOLUTION #00-281

WHEREAS, Resolution 97-12 increased the number of Commissioners serving on the Ingham Fair Board from one (1) to two (2); and

WHEREAS, it is now necessary to decrease the number of Commissioners serving on the Fair Board from two (2) to one (1).

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby amend Resolution #97-12 decreasing the number of Commissioners serving on the Fair Board from two (2) to one (1).
