WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors due to the expiration of a term; and

WHEREAS, applications of individuals interested in serving on this Board have been reviewed.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby reappoint:
