RESOLUTION RECLASSIFYING THE FAMILY COURT STAFF PSYCHOLOGIST POSITION
RESOLUTION #00-287
WHEREAS, the classification of Staff Psychologist has been evaluated by O. William Rye and Co; and
WHEREAS, it is Mr. Rye's recommendation that this position should be placed on the following scale:

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the classification of Staff Psychologist shall be reclassified as recommended by the Bill Rye Job Evaluation Study.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reclassification shall be made retroactive to 9/23/00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that implementation of the reclassification shall be subject to the acceptance by the OPEIU Union.
