Introduced by the Administrative Services/Personnel Committee of the:

INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

WHEREAS, the person who held the Secretary-Fair position has recently retired; and

WHEREAS, the current Secretary-Fair position is a full-time position; and

WHEREAS, the Community Hall responsibilities have been re-assigned to another person; and

WHEREAS, the Fair Board and Fair Manager support a change to a 3/4 time position.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Secretary-Fair position be changed from full-time to 3/4 time effective with the hiring of a new Secretary-Fair person.
