INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

WHEREAS, the Ingham County Board of Commissioners contracted with Peckham Vocational Industries, Inc. to operate the Family Court Delinquent Day Treatment Program (Crossroads) from January 1, 2000, to December 31, 2000; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners continued funding of the Crossroads Program in line item 292 66205 818000 during the 2001 budget process.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes entering into a contract with Peckham Vocational Industries, Inc. for a total cost of $268,344 to operate the Family Court Crossroads Program from January 1, 2001, to December 31, 2001.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners and County Clerk are authorized to sign any contract documents consistent with this resolution subject to the approval of form by the County Attorney.
