WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Capital Area District Library Board due to a recent resignation; and

WHEREAS, applications of individuals interested in serving on this Board have been reviewed.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby appoint:

Louis Romano, 4453 Manitou, Okemos, 48864

to serve on the Capital Area District Library Board to a term expiring April 15, 2001.
