INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION TO REIMBURSE THE CIRCUIT COURT GENERAL/CLEARING BANK ACCOUNT

RESOLUTION #03-141

WHEREAS, the Circuit Court collects fines, costs, restitution and other fees; and

WHEREAS, a loss of $470 was discovered resulting in a cash drawer shortage; and

WHEREAS, cash receipting procedures have been documented and modified to help prevent any similar loss; and

WHEREAS, the modified receipting procedures have been reviewed by the Treasurer and the Director of Financial Services and found acceptable.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners approves a charge of $470 against the Circuit Court's supply line item to reimburse the Circuit Court General/Clearing Bank Account.
