RESOLUTION HONORING ROBERT W. RYAN

RESOLUTION #03-96

WHEREAS, Robert W. Ryan was appointed to the Recipient Rights Committee of the Clinton-Eaton-Ingham Community Mental Health Board by the Board of Directors when the Committee was first established in 1986; and

WHEREAS, Bob is known for his advocacy and lived his motto of "the consumer comes first"; and

WHEREAS, Bob will be remembered for his seventeen years of contributions to Community Mental Health and to the consumers for whom he advocated.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby honor Robert W. Ryan for his dedication, commitment and his many years of service with the Clinton-Eaton-Ingham Community Mental Health and Recipient Rights and for the contributions he has made to the community.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board wishes him continued success in all of his future endeavors.
