INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION TO CONTRACT FOR TOWING SERVICES FOR THE

INGHAM COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

RESOLUTION #01-24

WHEREAS, Purchasing & Properties Department requested proposals for towing services for the Ingham County Sheriff's Office vehicles; and

WHEREAS, the proposals have been received by Purchasing & Properties and Holt and Mason Towing Services has been recommended by Purchasing & Properties; and

WHEREAS, the Ingham County Sheriff's Office concurs with the recommendation from Purchasing & Properties for a two year contract with a two year renewal for the contractual services.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the Ingham County Sheriff's Office to enter into a contract for towing services for Sheriff's Office vehicles with Holt and Mason Towing Services.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the prices quoted in the proposal from Holt and Mason Towing Services.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the Board Chairperson and the County Clerk to sign any necessary contractual agreements, subject to approval by Corporate Counsel.
