RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT $250.00 FROM DART CONTAINER AS A

DONATION TO THE INGHAM COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE D.A.R.E. ACCOUNT

RESOLUTION #01-266

WHEREAS, the Ingham County Sheriff's Office sponsored a "Safe Kids I.D. Program" at the Dart Employee picnic on July 14, 2001; and

WHEREAS, eighty (80) children were fingerprinted during the "Safe Kids I.D. Program;" and

WHEREAS, Dart Container was very appreciative of the event and wishes to donate $250.00 to the Ingham County Sheriff's Office D.A.R.E. account.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the Ingham County Sheriff's Office to accept $250.00 from Dart Container to be deposited into the D.A.R.E. account, to be used for D.A.R.E. purposes only.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners expresses their appreciation to Dart Container for their support of the D.A.R.E. program.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the Controller to make the necessary adjustments in the Ingham County Sheriff's Office 2001 Budget.
