RESOLUTION HONORING STEPHEN MANCHESTER

RESOLUTION #01-367

WHEREAS, Stephen Manchester has served on the Clinton-Eaton-Ingham Community Mental Health Board since January 1, 1997; and

WHEREAS, during his tenure Steve has served as the Chairperson of the Finance Committee, as a member of the By Laws Committee, Human Resources Committee, as a CSS Advisory Liaison and Board Delegate to the Michigan Association of Community Mental Health Boards; and

WHEREAS, as a member, Steve served as a model of decorum and integrity in the conduct of public affairs as he assisted the Community Mental Health Board in fulfilling its vital mission; and

WHEREAS, Steve is a true friend and supporter to people with developmental disabilities and mental illness; and

WHEREAS, Steve is leaving his position on the Community Mental Health Board.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners extend its sincere appreciation to Stephen Manchester for his outstanding service on the Clinton-Eaton-Ingham Community Mental Health Board.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners wish Steve continued success in all of his future endeavors.
