RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 2002 AGREEMENTS FOR COMMUNITY AGENCIES



RESOLUTION #01-386





WHEREAS, the 2002 Ingham County Budget has been approved by the Finance Committee; and



WHEREAS, under the Community Agency Program a number of agencies have been allocated funds to provide important services that are consistent with the County's Strategic Planning Objectives to Ingham County residents.



THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby directs the County Attorney to draft contracts for the period January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2002 for each Community Agency listed on the attached, in accordance with the dollar amounts allocated in the 2002 Budget as stated below, and for the services to Ingham County residents previously approved by the liaison committees:
