RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE MID-SOUTH SUBSTANCE

ABUSE COMMISSION

RESOLUTION #01-68

WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Mid-South Substance Abuse Commission due to the expiration of Mitch Tomlinson's term; and

WHEREAS, Mitch Tomlinson has reached his two term, six consecutive years limit as outlined in resolution 78-247; and

WHEREAS, the members of the Mid-South Substance Abuse Commission would like Mitch Tomlinson to serve as Chairperson of the Commission this year.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby waive resolution 78-247 and reappoint

Mitch Tomlinson, 508 Southlawn, East Lansing, 48823

to a term expiring December 31, 2002.
