INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARKS POLICE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH

AURELIUS TOWNSHIP

RESOLUTION #98-108

WHEREAS, the Ingham County Parks Department has historically provided police services for Aurelius Township's Columbia Creek Park; and

WHEREAS, Aurelius Township has requested that the contract be renewed for these services; and

WHEREAS, the contract has been reviewed and approved by the Sheriff's Office and the Parks Board.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners approves this agreement with Aurelius Township for Parks Police Services at Columbia Creek Park.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the County Attorney to prepare the necessary documents with the Board Chairperson and the County Clerk authorized to sign the same.
