RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 98-100 AND CORRECT THE

CITY OF LANSING FUNDING LEVEL

RESOLUTION #98-125

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 98-100 to increase the funding from the City of Lansing for public health services by $20,000; and

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 98-100 erroneously identified the level of funding in the current contract as $150,000 when it is actually $160,000 and erroneously identified the proposed level of funding as $170,000 when it is actually $180,000; and

WHEREAS, the Health Officer has recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt a resolution to amend Resolution No. 98-100 to clarify that the $20,000 of additional funding from the City of Lansing will increase the total City funding from $160,000 to $180,000.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby amends Resolution No. 98-100 to clarify that the funding from the City of Lansing to be made available through the agreement for services to be delivered through the Ingham County Health Department shall increase from $160,000 to $180,000.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all other terms and conditions set out in Resolution No. 98-100 shall remain unchanged.
