INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A PERSONNEL POSITION AND RELATED BUDGET REALLOCATION FOR THE SENTRY/HAYFORD STREET CLINIC PROGRAM

RESOLUTION #98-131

WHEREAS, the Project Sentry Director has identified the need to amend the Project Sentry/Hayford Street Clinic Program budget and modify current positions; and

WHEREAS, the current position, Projsen 002, Administrative Specialist, is currently a .75 FTE, and is proposed to be increased to a 1.00 FTE; and

WHEREAS, the position Projsen 004, Lead Collections Monitor as approved and adopted in Resolution #98-35 in February, 1998, at a .75 FTE is proposed to be reduced to a .33 FTE, Special Part Time; and

WHEREAS, all other positions at this office are to remain unchanged and as designated by the original grant and approved in Resolution #98-35; and

WHEREAS, there are existing funds in the current budget to fully support this proposed change.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby authorizes a modification within the 1998 Project Sentry/Hayford Street Clinic office including position Projsen 002 the Administrative Specialist, which shall be increased from its current level of .75 FTE to 1.0 FTE, and position Projsen 004 Lead Collections Monitor shall be reduced from a .75 FTE to a .33 Special Part Time position, effective from the start of the payroll period following the effective date of this resolution.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Controller is authorized to amend the 1998 Project Sentry/Hayford Street Clinic office budget and position allocation list as outlined by this resolution.
