RESOLUTION HONORING LIEUTENANT THOMAS L. REICH

RESOLUTION #98-136

WHEREAS, Thomas Reich began his employment with the Ingham County Sheriff's Office on the 24^th day of September, 1973; and

WHEREAS, Thomas Reich attended the 27^th Mid-Michigan Police Academy, and is the recipient of one meritorious service award and five unit citations; and

WHEREAS, in 1985 he was assigned to the Tri-County Metro Narcotics Squad, until his promotion to Detective in 1988; and

WHEREAS, in 1994 Thomas Reich was promoted to Sergeant and in April 1998, was promoted to Lieutenant; and

WHEREAS, on September 24, 1998, after 25 years of dedicated service, Lieutenant Thomas Reich will be retiring from his position with the Ingham County Sheriff's Office.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby honor Lieutenant Thomas Reich for his many years of service to the County of Ingham and its citizens.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board wishes him continued success in his future endeavors.
