INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE 1998 CAPITAL

IMPROVEMENT BUDGET FOR THE INGHAM COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS

RESOLUTION #98-144

WHEREAS, the Hotel/Motel fund has $14,200 designated for the Fair Board, but uncommitted; and

WHEREAS, the Ingham County Fair Board passed a motion to amend the 1998 Capital Improvement Budget in the amount of $14,200 for utility upgrading.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the amendment of the 1998 Capital Improvement Budget in the amount of $14,200 for utility upgrading.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Controller is authorized to make the necessary budget adjustments.
