RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ICEA/ASSISTANT PROSECUTORS COLLECTIVE

BARGAINING AGREEMENT

RESOLUTION #98-202

WHEREAS, an Agreement has been achieved between the representatives of the Ingham County Employees' Association and the County on a Collective Bargaining Agreement for July 1, 1996 through June 30, 2001 covering employees in the Assistant Prosecutors Unit; and

WHEREAS, the Agreement has been ratified by the employees within that bargaining unit; and

WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney has indicated he will approve the contract; and

WHEREAS, the provisions of the agreement have been approved by the Administrative Services/Personnel Committee.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract with the Ingham County Employees' Association for the Assistant Prosecutors' Unit is hereby approved, and the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners and the County Clerk are authorized to sign it on behalf of the County of Ingham subject to the approval of the Ingham County Prosecuting Attorney.
