RESOLUTION TO CHANGE POSITION TITLE IN THE DRAIN COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE

RESOLUTION #98-4

WHEREAS, the Drain Commissioner elects to recognize different job responsibilities and will be proposing the creation of a new managerial position; and

WHEREAS, position DRNCOM002 is titled "Deputy Drain Commissioner" and, to avoid confusion, he would like to change the title of this position to "Chief Deputy Drain Commissioner"; and

WHEREAS, this is a title change only and there will be no change in the salary grade or salary.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that position DRNCOM002 be changed to "Chief Deputy Drain

Commissioners" effective immediately.
