RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE JOB TITLE OF POSITION HLHEDC012



RESOLUTION #98-40



WHEREAS, position HLHEDC012 is currently vacant, and is classified as a UAW TOPS 07 position with a job title of Clerk Steno II; and



WHEREAS, the position is the only Clerk Steno II position in the Health Department and the job title is not descriptive of the work to be performed as a clerical staff person in the administrative unit in the Health Department; and



WHEREAS, the Health Officer has proposed that the job title be changed from Clerk Steno II to Administrative Clerk/Health; and



WHEREAS, the proposed change has no effect on the budget and the only known effect is the clarification of the job title.



THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the change in job title for position HLHEDC012 from "Clerk Steno II" to "Administrative Clerk/Health" to be effective February 25, 1998.
