WHEREAS, the Parks Board has deemed the following items surplus:

WHEREAS, the Ingham County Parks Board authorized the sale of the above-mentioned items, at a public sale and at the State of Michigan Surplus Auction, at its April 6, 1998 meeting.

RESOLUTION #98-82



THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners declares the above listed items from the Parks Department as surplus and authorizes the Parks Board to sell these items at a public sale and at the State of Michigan Surplus Auction.
