INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE STATUS OF TWO POSITIONS IN THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT

RESOLUTION #98-85

WHEREAS, the Health Promotion Unit in the Health Department has two clerical staff members that desire to change their employment status; and

WHEREAS, the proposed changes have the support of the Health Promotion Project Coordinator and the Director of Planning and Support Services, and the cost of these changes is budget neutral; and

WHEREAS, Marla Haun, Health Education Specialist (TOPS 07) proposes to move from full-time to 3/4-time status, and Diana Lopez, Clerk Typist II (TOPS 05) proposes to move from 3/4-time to full-time status; and

WHEREAS, the Health Officer recommends that the Board of Commissioners authorizes the change in status of these two positions, as requested by the two incumbent employees.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes a change in the status of position #HLHEDC003, Health Education Specialist, from full-time to 3/4-time.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes a change in the status of position #HLHEDC004, Clerk Typist II, from 3/4-time to full-time.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that these status changes shall be effective May 4, 1998.
