RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #98-65, AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF BROCHURE PRINTING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE JOINT I-96 CORRIDOR PROJECT BETWEEN THE INGHAM COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, THE LIVINGSTON COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, DETROIT EDISON, AND CSX RAILROAD

RESOLUTION #98-86

WHEREAS, Resolution 98-65 authorizes the expenditure of up to $6,000 from the Contingency Fund to help subsidize the County's EDC cost of printing 7,500 promotional brochures for the I-96 Corridor development project; and

WHEREAS, the $6,000 should come from the Department of Development's personnel cost category for 1998.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution #98-65 is hereby amended to authorize the expenditure of up to $6,000 from the Department of Development's 1998 personnel cost category.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Controller is hereby authorized to make the necessary budget adjustments consistent with this resolution.
