RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE AN EQUIPMENT EXCHANGE IN THE

REGISTER OF DEEDS' OFFICE



RESOLUTION #99-003



WHEREAS, a piece of equipment in the Register of Deeds' Office is not extensively used by customers or staff; and



WHEREAS, the Register of Deeds Office has an offer to exchange this piece of non useful equipment for two reader/printers that are easy for customers and staff to use; and



WHEREAS, six months of service on the two exchange reader/printers is included in the exchange; and



WHEREAS, there is no cost to Ingham County and would benefit customers and the Purchasing Department concurs with this arrangement.



THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Minolta MicroDax in the Register of Deeds Office be removed from the inventory list.



BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a Minolta 605z reader/printer be added to the inventory list.



BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a Cannon 680 reader/printer be added to the inventory list.



BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that six months of service be accepted.
