RESOLUTION HONORING CONNIE BENNEHOFF

RESOLUTION #99-128

WHEREAS, Connie Bennehoff began working for the 55th District Court on June 11, 1973 as a Clerk Receptionist in the Traffic Division; and

WHEREAS, she was promoted to a Clerk Typist II on February 5, 1976, and promoted again to a Court Clerk on November 13, 1982; and

WHEREAS, on December 5, 1987, Connie became a District Court Clerk, until June 30, 1999.

WHEREAS, during her tenure Connie became an expert in all areas of traffic information, laws, fines/costs and ticket processing, providing friendly and exceptional public service at the traffic counter or over the telephone, taking the extra time to insure that a question or problem was resolved; and

WHEREAS, Connie was the court's Jury Clerk for a number of years, accepting this challenge and many other challenges over the years with eagerness, and always delivered excellence; and

WHEREAS, Connie became a role model for many new employees in the Traffic Division;

WHEREAS, Connie will be retiring from her position at the District Court.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners honors Connie Bennehoff for over 25 years of dedicated service to the County of Ingham.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board congratulates Connie Bennehoff on her retirement and wishes her the best in future endeavors.
