INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN ADJUSTMENT OF THE 1999 FAIRGROUNDS BUDGET

RESOLUTION #99-168

WHEREAS, the fairgrounds is in need of an environmental consultant to do soil samples and analysis; and

WHEREAS, Resolution #99-56 authorized $50,000 to be used to move and upgrade the infield arena which was funded from the 1997 retained earnings; and

WHEREAS, the Fair Board and manager recommend transferring $9,790 from the infield arena project to the consultant line item in the 1999 operating budget.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes transferring $9,790 from the infield arena project to the consultant line item in the 1999 operating budget.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Controller is authorized to make the necessary budget adjustments.
