RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF INTAKE REFEREES

RESOLUTION #99-192

WHEREAS, the 1999 collective bargaining agreement between the 30th Judicial Circuit Court/Family Court and the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU), Local 459, provides for an annual reclassification process via a Job Evaluation Committee; and

WHEREAS, the Job Evaluation Committee met on July 22, 1999 and recommended that the Intake Referees be reclassified from a P6 to a P7.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that positions PROCRT027 B, PROCRT027 C, PROCRT034, and PROCRT035 be reclassified from a P6 to a P7 effective payroll period following Board approval.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funds necessary for these reclassifications be taken from the department's existing budget to be provided when the salary and wage accounts are adjusted on a quarterly basis.
