RESOLUTION CERTIFYING REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE MERS MEETING

RESOLUTION #99-194

WHEREAS, the Municipal Employees' Retirement System will hold an annual meeting at the Hyatt Regency in Dearborn, Michigan on September 29, 30, and October 1, 1999; and

WHEREAS, the governing board of each member municipality must certify an employee delegate and alternate who have been elected by the other employee members, and appoint an officer delegate and alternate of the governing body.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following persons are hereby certified as Ingham County's representatives for the MERS annual meeting:

Officer Delegate: Jack Restuccia

Officer Alternate: Mike Carpenter

Employee Delegate: Frank Russell

Employee Alternate: Mark Bowser
