INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXTENSION TO THE LEASE WITH

QUALITY DAIRY COMPANY

RESOLUTION #99-217

WHEREAS, Quality Dairy Company, wishes to extend the lease for property 2200 S. Washington Avenue, City of Lansing, County of Ingham; and

WHEREAS, Quality Dairy Company, shall lease the above premises for an extension of two years, until May 31, 2001. All payments shall be made to Ingham County; and

WHEREAS, Quality Dairy Company, shall maintain such property in good condition; and

WHEREAS, the Purchasing and Properties Department has reviewed the proposed lease.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorize the extension of the lease with Quality Dairy Company through May 31, 2001 at the same monthly rental rate of $790 for a total amount over the extended term of $18,960.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board Chairperson and the County Clerk are authorized to sign any and all documents, upon approval by the County Attorney.
