RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #99-168 AUTHORIZING AN

ADJUSTMENT TO THE 1999 FAIRGROUNDS BUDGET



RESOLUTION #99-219



WHEREAS, the fairgrounds is in need of environmental services including clean-up of soil, soil samples and analysis; and



WHEREAS, Resolution #99-56 authorized $50,000 to be used to move and upgrade the infield arena which was funded from the 1997 retained earnings; and



WHEREAS, Resolution #99-168 authorized transferring $9,790 from the infield arena project to the consultant line item in the 1999 operating budget; and



WHEREAS, the Fair Board and manager recommend transferring an additional $12,505 from the infield arena project to the consultant line item in the 1999 operating budget for environmental services.



THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes transferring $12,505 from the infield arena project to the consultant line item in the 1999 operating budget for environmental services including clean-up of soil, soil samples and analysis.



BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Controller is authorized to make the necessary budget adjustments.
