INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH AUTOMATION RESOURCE CORPORATION FOR MICRO PROCESSING SOFTWARE TRAINING

RESOLUTION #99-24

WHEREAS, the Ingham County MIS Department has in the past and wishes to continue to offer County personnel micro processor software training classes; and

WHEREAS, the Ingham County MIS Department in cooperation with the Purchasing & Properties Department has received and reviewed the proposals submitted as a result of a request for proposals for this type of training; and

WHEREAS, sufficient monies are contained in the MIS Department budget to cover the cost of these training classes.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners approves a 24 month contract with two one-year option to renew by the County with Automation Resource Corporation in an amount not to exceed $54,000 per year.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Controller is authorized to make the necessary line item transfers associated with this request.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners is authorized to sign any contract amendment to reflect the above, subject to review by the County Attorney.
