INGHAM COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

RESOLUTION TO APPOINT AN INGHAM COUNTY 911 ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBER

RESOLUTION #99-89

WHEREAS, the Ingham County Board of Commissioners established an Ingham County 911 Advisory Committee consisting of Public Safety professionals to advise the Board of Commissioners on 911 emergency dispatch issues; and

WHEREAS, the Mason City Fire Department or Delhi Township Fire Department or Lansing Township Fire Department appointee is vacant due to a resignation; and

WHEREAS, the Public Safety Agencies have conferred and notified the Ingham County Board of Commissioners of their recommendation to fill the vacancy on the Ingham County 911 Advisory Committee.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners authorizes the appointment of James Pelton as the representative of the Mason City Fire Department/Delhi Township Fire Department/Lansing Township Fire Department to serve on the Ingham County 911 Advisory Committee through the remainder of the appointment.
