| Ingham County Home | New cases are currently filed in the Veterans Memorial Courthouse (VMC) in
Downtown Lansing. This office also accepts filings for all of the Judges, takes
in money on restitution, court cost and fines, has public access terminals
available for litigation checks, and houses a number of court files that are
available for viewing.
The Mason office accepts filings on Judge William E. Collette’s docket. They are also able to take in money on restitution, court costs and fines. The office houses all of Judge Collette’s pending files and a few of his closed. At this time, the Mason office does not take in new filings; all cases must be filed at the VMC.
