COURT ADMINISTRATOR

 

    Michael J. Dillon, Court Administrator

        Michael Dillon was appointed Court Administrator in August of 2008.  He previously served as Court Administrator for the 12th District Court for 16 years and prior to that, was a probation officer and then director of probation for the 12th District Court.  He earned his B.A. in Psychology and Sociology at Spring Arbor University and also a M.A. in Psychology from Central Michigan University.  Michael is a member of the faculty at the Michigan Judicial Institute (MJI).  Mr. Dillon teaches the annual New Court Administrator Orientation Program and has taught leadership and customer services programs for MJI.  Mr. Dillon is a member of the Court Support Consortium of MJI and serves on the Collection Advisory Committee and the Performance Management Committee for the Michigan Supreme Court. 

        The Court Administrator is charged with supervision of court employees and managing the general court operations, under the supervision of the chief district judge.
