The Otto Community Health Center is a school-based health center located at C.W. Otto Middle School on the north side of Lansing.  The Ingham County Health Department, in cooperation with the Lansing School District, applied and received funding from the Michigan Department of Community Health in 1995 to establish a school-based health center.  The center does primary care for both youth and adults, along with:

  • Both minor and chronic disease care
  • Mental health services and referrals
  • Immunizations
  • Health promotion
  • Chronic disease management, such as asthma
