Answer:

The Ingham County Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Committee (IEEPC) is responsible for developing the comprehensive emergency response plans for the EHS facilities that use and store extremely hazardous substances in Ingham County. The members of this community-based committee include local elected officials, firefighters, law enforcement officials, civil defense workers, business and labor representatives, educators, farmers, community group workers. Emergency medical service, hospital, transportation, and public service workers also serve on the committee.

The goal of the ICEPC is to implement SARA Title III for all of Ingham County, except for the cities of East Lansing and Lansing, which have their own EPCs. Information on the three EPCs located in Ingham County may be obtained by calling the ICEPC.
