Summons - Frequently Asked Questions
If you have a question about the summons you received or wish to obtain a postponement or dismissal , you will need to contact the appropriate court clerk. When you contact them they will need your participant number (item "2") and/or other information printed on the summons. Displayed below is a diagram of a summons with labels identifying where specific information can be found.

In order to contact the correct court you will need to find the court name (item "1") on the summons and then using the list below call (item "4") or write (item "5") to them. Make sure you have your Participant Number (item "2") available.
