OTHER: The Ingham, Clinton, and Eaton Tri-County Training Consortium's Model Curriculum for Active Violence Incidents (AVI) is designed to provide a common training for all Police Officers operating in the Tri-County area. This one day (8 hour) curriculum is presented in three parts: a historical perspective of AVI; Law Enforcement's response to an AVI including common language, protocols, and rules of engagement for the formation and insertion of a Contact Team; and a series of practical excercises that will give participants the opportunity to apply training principals. This is a very intense and information training opportunity.
