Fun Night- Leslie Zenker and Chuancy Eglon will plan the fun event for the goats and their 4-H owners. Possible Obstacle course.

Security for fair: Camp site will be set up across from goat barn and baby monitors will be used. Sign up sheets available at next meeting for help. A camper is still needed.

Herdsmanship Award: please bring ideas on starting a herdsmanship award. This would be for clubs and possible individuals that do the best job at keeping their area clean/neat and positively promoting the goat project with fair attenders. Also "good kid" incentives "goody bucket" for those kids helping in the barn, especially the younger ones. This would be to promote a more positive attitude and sense of pride in the barn area and goat project.

Barbara Godby Award: Cris Bean to work out requirements for the kids for writing a short essay about their involvement in the goat project and be turned in the day goats are brought in and winner announced on judging day.

Next meeting July 17 will be for stall assignments in the barn. A reminder card will be sent out for clubs to send a representative.
