Please remember that horse owners must have an official EIA (Coggins) test with negative results within the calendar year before moving or showing of the animals can occur. This includes any equine that is taken onto public roads for pleasure riding, pulling carts or buggies, or being transported by trailer. You must carry proof of negative Coggins with you any time you and your horse are off your property.
