The Ingham County Clerk's Office only has Death Certificates for
individuals whose death occurred
in Ingham County.
Death certificates may be ordered using the form below and must be paid
using a Visa or MasterCard. You may order the record in person and
receive the copy while you wait; or you can order via fax
or through the mail and the death record(s) will be mailed to you in 5 to
7 days.
Beginning
January 3, 2006 certified copies
will be $15.00 for the first copy and $8.00 for
additional copies of the same record.
If you would like to
order a Death Certificate by fax you must pay with a Visa or MasterCard.
