
Description:
In conjunction with state, local, and non-governmental resources, the ability of individuals to obtain support for meeting basic needs will be enhanced.
Within the resources available, services which address the needs of women, youth, the elderly, handicapped, and veterans will receive county support.
As available resources may allow, the county will continue to support efforts focused on the provision of housing opportunities for the disadvantaged in the county.
