Automation of judicial, prosecutorial, and law enforcement related information will be enhanced to promote the sharing of information and to promote efficiency of operations.

Consolidation of court operations and facilities will be evaluated as a means of improving access by citizens and of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the court system.
